General

If you fail to properly safeguard your CompassIdentity card you may increase your liability for unauthorised use. We therefore strongly

recommend that you:

• sign your CompassIdentity card as soon as you receive it;

• never lend your CompassIdentity card to anyone;

• never leave your CompassIdentity card unattended

• immediately report to us the loss, theft or unauthorised use of your CompassIdentity card during business hours on 03 9005 5217 or by logging into your Compass portal and re-ordering your card.

• examine your Compass Balance page in your portal regularly.

Authorised Card Providers

In addition to direct sales in some areas, Compass allow Authorised Card Providers to place direct card orders with our card team. 

Authorised Card Providers are however not permitted to offer or provide cards, without prior written waiver from Compass to existing CompassIdentity schools, departments or diocese. 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards

In the event of a lost or stolen card, you must immediately report to us the loss, theft or unauthorised use of your CompassIdentity card during business hours on 03 9005 5217 or by logging into your Compass portal and re-ordering your card.

Re-issued or re-ordered cards are subject to charges and can be ordered through the CompassPortal.

Replacement or new card orders cannot be refunded or cancelled due to the customised nature of the product.

CompassIdentity cards and their associated data are managed in alignment with the Compass Privacy Policy.

Ownership

CompassIdentity cards remain the property of the card issuer at all times and may be withheld by authorised Compass vendors in the even they are unable to verify your identity. 

Purchases

In making a purchase using your CompassIdentity card, you agree and accept the Compass Terms and Conditions. You undertake you have the required balance for the transaction. You agree to make good and top up any negative balance which you may accrue.
